This 1 day Commander Human Factors course is targeted for upcoming commanders, upcoming line trainers, as well as experienced commanders looking for additional tools in their role. 

On the course we will discuss operational difficulties and challenges, such as decision-making and dilemmas. Furthermore we discuss the interrelations on the flight as well as organisational constraints that influence behaviours. This day is loaded with personal real life stories, to engage the participants, and discuss operational tips and strategies that hopefully help the participants in their role.
